Terms and Conditions

Use of this site acknowledges user agreement to the terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions may be revised and/or updated as necessary.

1. This site is for Adults only. No one under 18 years of age is allowed entry. You are also expected to respect other chatters and act appropriately in all rooms (see #7 below). You are responsible for your own account and password.
2. The Site will not be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for any computer failures or damage sustained while using this ichat site. While every precaution is taken to protect chatters from system failures and hacker attacks, we make no guarantees.
3. It is preferred that chatters only use one user name per user/ISP address. We reserve the right to eliminate extra names made by one user at admin discretion. A chatter harassing or using any other name to be disruptive towards another chatter or this site will have all names for that chatter treated the same, i.e., being warned, removed, or possibly banned. Holiday nicknames are permitted. Their use is allowed up to two weeks prior to a holiday and ceasing use within two days after the holiday. Double browsing within this site will not be allowed at any time.
4. The Site will not be held responsible for the invasion of privacy of any chatters. Posting of yours or anyone else’s “real life” information is not allowed in the open room, including email addresses and phone numbers. If you wish to exchange this personal information you may do so in private messages.
5. Anyone attempting to hack this site, or threatening to do so will be banned from this site.
6. No advertising is allowed on the site. No spamming of other users is allowed. No flooding the room with more than 5 lines of chat at one time is allowed. Continue to break this rule after being asked not to and you may be banned. 

Advertising - solicitation for other services, goods, sites, etc.

Spamming - sending repetitive or copied messages to more than one user

Flooding - filling the room with more than five lines of posting at a time 

7. Please see the room lists regarding the appropriateness of conversations in each room. If you do not like the content of the discussion in a particular room, move to another room. The PartyLine room is for friendly chat only – no inappropriate language, i.e., cursing, strong sexual content, etc., will be allowed in this room. Strong language or aggression towards another chatter will be dealt with by muting, removing, or possibly banning the chatter. Public scening/sexual play (in the open room) is limited to the Play Room. Chat, even in the more liberal rooms, will not include such topics as the use of children or animals in sexual acts, incest or any other illegal activity. We reserve the right to ask that chatters take certain conversations private that may be deemed offensive or otherwise inappropriate in a particular room.
8. The Site reserves the right to refuse entry to the site to anyone, without notification, for any period of time. The Site is a privately owned site and your being here is at the discretion of site management. We reserve the right to refuse access to any user who does not abide by these rules. Any attempt to tamper, alter or change the layout structure or design of this site will result in the immediate termination from this site with or without warning or notice.
9. We will NOT allow other chat site bashing in any room. No promoting of other sites is allowed at this site. We prefer that there be no discussion of other chat sites within this site.
